MARTIAL HOUSE PTE LTD was officially set up in year 2006 by Mr Leo Wen Yeow, a star Singapore Wushu nationalist who has clinched numerous medals and awards in national and international level wushu championships ie South East Asia Games and Asian Games. Mr Leo is also a certified International Wushu Judge (youngest to achieve this high-grade position) by the International Wushu Federation.

The idea of setting up Martial House conceptualised after schools sought after Mr Leo since year 2002. With a strong passion for wushu sports and a goal of introducing wushu as a fun sports and a healthy lifestyle to the masses, Leo hence set up Martial House ---- a relaxing, cozy place for wushu passionates to enjoy wushu sports and share their learning with one another.

Since 2006, Martial House has taught at more than 40 schools eg; Co-curricular Activities*, Sports Education Programme^ and set up over 30 classes (7 days a week) in Community Clubs, Residents Committee, SAFRA and schools across island wide. At least 2500 students (and growing) have benefited from our wushu sports in terms of physical development, cognitive development, psychomotor development and character development.

Leo and team has trained countless home grown athletes and prepared them for national and international level wushu championships such as Emily Sin Min Li (SEA Games Champion and World Champion), Yong Yi Xiang (World Junior Champion), Zoe Mui Wei Ting (World Junior 1st Runner Up) and Ho Lin Ying (World Junior Champion).

Martial House’s team includes Mr Leo Kee Ann (Level 6 Degree in World Organization of Wushu & Kungfu Masters - America) and Ms Leo Rui Yan (certified International Wushu Judge by IWUF). Master Leo is also one of the core founders of a well-established and renowned De Wu Pugilistic Association, that has more than 20 years of history. Master Leo is currently stationed on Sunday Advance Wushu / Tai Chi Class, run by Martial House.

With vast experience in mass wushu performance in schools, Martial House also earns sound reputation with major corporate organization and choreographed movements for Youth Olympic Games, Mediacorp, National Day Parade and was invited to perform for President at the Istana.

At Martial House, Wen Yeow and his fellow team coaches believe that when it comes to wushu sports, it is no longer about endless trainings and no fun. Wushu sports instead, should be interactive, fun-filled and most of all, enjoyable. That's why there're many kids, teens, kids' parents, and even senior citizens, have joined us at Martial House.
